Children's Ministry at First Presbyterian Church provides education, discipleship and ministry opportunities for children and their families. Our goal is to work alongside families to provide spiritual nurture for all of our children, starting from a young age.
All volunteers are vetted and have completed clearances.

Children’s Ministry Rhythms

Nursery - 3 months to 4 years
Infants and toddlers experience Jesus’ love in a safe and engaging environment while parents enjoy worship. Childcare is also provided for newborns - PreK during the Sunday School hour.

Sunday School - 2 years & older
Children are encouraged to grow in grace through age-appropriate study, activities, and community. Sunday School is held for all ages from 10:15 to 11:00 AM during the school year!

Preschool @ First - 3 & 4 years
The Preschool @ First is a Christian, play-based preschool with a mission to love and nurture the hearts and minds of our students. Visit Preschool @ First for more information.

SPARKS - Kindergarten to 2nd grade
SPARKS is a music and play-filled time for students in grades K-2 to learn about God together. During the school year, SPARKS is held on Mondays from 4:30 to 5:30 PM.

QUEST - 3rd to 5th grade
QUEST is on Thursdays from 6:30 to 8:00 PM during the school year. It’s a fun, safe setting for 3rd through 5th graders to spend time with each other while learning about God and is full of games, creative lessons, and FUN!
